MY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE IMAGES WE CREATE
I've thought about the terms of my service for a long time. You and I are partners. We both want to get value from our partnership, but the terms need to reflect fair sharing of access to that value.
PRICING
- Reasonable Session Fee, as noted on invoice/receipt.
- No photo purchase minimum.
- Free access to preview the images we create.
RIGHTS TO USE
We both will need to use these images to promote our own interests while maintaining their value. To this end, we both retain the rights to use the images as each of us see fit in:
- Electronic/Digital Media (web-based and social media, etc.)
- Promotional Print
- Promotional Display
Each of us reserves the right to veto an outlet that doesn't support our respective goals.
RIGHTS TO SELL
If either of us is presented with an opportunity for either of us to sell any of the images we created we will communicate with the other to:
- ID the outlet. (My website builder has a direct sale function built in, so, rather than paying for a download, then selling the image through your outlet, you can refer the outlet to my website, and we will split the proceeds 50/50).
- To provide you with documentation of the terms and closure of that opportunity.
- Each of us reserves the right to veto an outlet that doesn't support our respective goals.
SPECIAL COMMITMENTS
I will contact you if I'm considering using a/an image(s) in a promotional outlet that I'm unsure you'd have an issue with, and I'd ask you to do the same.
I will contact you if I'm considering using a/an image(s) for which you may have specific concerns about (featuring nudity, for example).
IDENTITY SECURITY
Proprietary and/or Identity Theft cost businesses billions of dollars a year. While I don't expect to have that kind of money, I don't want either of us to lose any value of the product we create. I will use best practices in passwords, accesses, and download availability to ensure to the extent possible that our images are accounted for, and we receive the value we're looking for.
PERSONAL AGENCY - CODE OF CONDUCT.
Your safety and security, and your confidence in your safety and security are paramount to me. You must be provided the environment to be able to be your most sensual self in a safe environment. This means:
- A companion is always welcome for our shoot.
- You make the ultimate decision about the location, set, wardrobe, and makeup.
- You make the ultimate decision about conducting the shoot.
- You make the ultimate decision about the images we create.
